Leadership
Erwin M. Ballarta
Erwin M. Ballarta has been a commissioned police officer for over 33 years. He retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety and is now commissioned as a Special Ranger.
He is the Executive Director of the historic Texas Police Association established in 1895.
After the attacks on our country on September 11, 2001, Erwin acted as Liaison between the Philippines and the United States on the mutual alliance to combat world terrorism. He instructed both the United States Army and Marines on pre-deployment training.
Erwin M. Ballarta is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and the 188th Session of the FBI National Academy.
He is the President of Armatek USA Security Group Inc. providing corporate consulting and security to prestigious communities.
In 2019, Erwin joined the Board of Directors of the Central Texas 100 Club.
